Haydon Point 2 Point

Rules:

 

• Each hunt may enter one donkey

• Jockeys must be under 11 stone and over 18 years old

• 6 donkeys will participate in the race

• The race is run over 1 ½ furlong on the home stretch of the course at Hexham Racecourse

• Entries will be taken on a first come first serve basis

• The donkey derby will take place following all horse races, at approximately 6pm

• The first donkey over the finish line will be the winner – this race is not optimum time

• Entry Fee: £50 per donkey

• Prize: £100 cash prize to the winning hunt & momentum for the winning Jockey
